PA&Case currently operates as a quote-first product and production website. Shipping method, delivery timing, and delivery cost are confirmed after the team reviews the product, quantity, size, and delivery location.
Shipping coverage
PA&Case can review delivery requests within Thailand. For large, bulky, custom, or made-to-order items, delivery availability and handling method must be confirmed before order acceptance.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing depends on product availability, order quantity, production workload, and destination. Ready products may ship faster, while custom or made-to-order products require review and production scheduling.
Customer responsibility
Customers should provide a complete delivery address, contact phone number, and any special delivery requirements when requesting a quote. PA&Case may contact the customer to confirm details before proceeding.
