PA&Case sells ready products and also handles custom or made-to-order requirements. Return eligibility depends on whether the item is a ready product, a custom build, or a product made to confirmed specifications.
Ready product review
Return or exchange requests for ready products are reviewed case by case. Customers should contact PA&Case with the product name, quote or order reference, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Custom and made-to-order products
Custom products, made-to-order items, special sizes, printed items, foam-fitted cases, and project-specific builds may not be returnable unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from the confirmed specification.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact PA&Case as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging, and delivery condition. The team will review the case and advise the next step.
Refund and exchange process
Refunds, exchanges, repairs, or replacements are confirmed after review. Shipping or return handling may depend on the product type, customer location, and confirmed responsibility for the issue.
